We offer used equipment from all the major equipment manufacturers, Jacobsen, Toro, John Deere, and Kubota, just to mention a few. Since we are service oriented and do not have the equipment in inventory, we make no claim of the condition of the item, so all equipment is being sold " as is" and all sales are final with no refunds. It will be up to the person selling the equipment if they want to offer a warranty. We do not offer shipping, but will help you arrange it through UShip.com services. Terms of Request for Quote (RFQ) A Request for Quote will run for a period of time between thirty (30) and one hundred eighty (180) days. The sellers will be defined as the "listing agent" of the RFQ's and the buyers are defined as the dealers who bid on it. Dealers quotes are good for the duration of the RFQ and can be retracted at anytime. All RFQ's will be run with the "as is with no refunds" policy in the item description. The "listing agent" can end the RFQ to choose an existing quote at any time. Once a quote is accepted, Eturf Equipment LLC collects from the "listing agent" the bid price plus a 10 % finders fee when a quote is selected. The finder's fee will be charged to the "listing agent's credit card and the quoted price will be invoiced to the "listing agent" payable upon receipt. The "listing agent" is responsible for arranging and payment for shipping. The dealer is responsible for loading equipment onto the "listing agent's" truck. The "listing agent" is invoiced and the dealer is issued a purchase order for the item. The dealer is required to hold the equipment until Eturf Equipment confirms payment from the "listing agent". Once the payment is acknowledge, the dealer releases the equipment to the "listing agent’s" transportation company. The "listing agent" accepts delivery of the and notifies Eturf Equipment LLC to release the payment.
