A RFQ, or Request for Quote auction would typically be issued by a buyer looking for a product or service that is described in the RFQ's detail. Any dealer or contractor interested in providing a product or service to the buyer can submit their bid. The bid typically includes additional descriptions or features of products or services regarding the RFQ, as well as any other limiting terms to their bid submission. At auction close the buyer can choose which, if any, bid that he or she wants to accept.

Once you have registered, you can list your equipment requests for free by clicking on the sell button. List the equipment you are looking for with a description and pictures. Dealers can leave quotes by clicking on the bid now button on your Request for Quote (RFQ).You can then select the quote that best suits your needs. You also have the option to have us list your equipment for you. Just contact us with your equipment description and pictures. We will use templates made from other listings of the same equipment you are listing or we generate a new listing on our Request for Quote listings. We will contact you by e-mail when a proposal is made so you are aware of the activity. Contact us once you are ready to accept an quote and we will close the listing, accept the quote on your behalf, and notify the seller with a purchase order. We will also sent you an invoice payable upon receipt in full within 7 Days. Once we recieve the your payment, we will notify the dealer that you are sending a truck for pick-up. We will pay the dealer upon the delivery to your location.

Searching - There are two ways to seach for items, Basic Search and Advanced Search.

Basic Search - Accessible from both the Home Page and Browse.

• Enter Keywords, Item #, or Username

• Select appropriate search parameter

  • Title & Description

  • Item #

  • User

• Click "Search" button

Advanced Search - Accessible by clicking the "Advanced Search" button on the Home Page

The following options are available for the Advanced Search:

• Load Saved Search - Use a previously saved search.

• Category - Select a specific item category or "All Categories."

• Search - Enter Keywords or Item #. To search Title & Descriptions check the appropriate box.

  • All of these words

  • Any of these words

  • Exactly these words

• Item Options - Used to search custom item fields. Example: ISBN # for textbooks.

• Refine Your Search - Narrow the search. Reduce the number of search results by setting specific searchable properties.

  • Price Range

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Words to Exclude

  • Listing type

  • Listing Option 

• Display Format - How to organize the items your search returns.

  • Items Ending First - Items with the least ammount of time left first.

  • Items Ending Last - Items with the longest ammount of time left first.

  • Newest Items First - Items with the most recent start date.

  • Oldest Items First - items with the oldest start date.

  • Lowest Price First

  • Highest Price First

  • Most Bids First

  • Least Bids First

  • Alphabetically

  • Reverse Alphabetically

Press "GO" to activate Advanced Search.
